Hong Kong – 29 Dec 2017 – CALC's (“SEHK stock code: 01848”) associate company, Aircraft Recycling International Limited (“ARI”), which is Asia's first one-stop solutions provider for used aircraft, has completed its first aircraft engine sale-and-leaseback transaction. The transaction involved four brand new CFM56-7B26 engines directly purchased from engine manufacturer, CFM International, Inc. The engines will be transferred to a customer upon corresponding delivery by the manufacturer. The first engine of the deal has been delivered on December 29, and the other three are scheduled to be delivered in January 2018.
