Head of MRO Sales

  1. Identify, develop and maintain new and current customers
  2. Prepare and submit proposals and agreements in response to RFP
  3. Conduct negotiations on pricing, terms and conditions of contract
  4. Conduct ongoing market research
  5. Prepare and present presentations at executive level
  6. Ongoing interaction and liaison with departmental colleagues
  7. Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions
  8. Other functions as directed from time to time by the head of department.
  1. Technical understanding of the Aircraft
  2. Determined self-starter with an ability to work on your own initiative yet is a strong team player
  3. Strong commercial awareness
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  5. Previous negotiation experience and working with contracts
  6. Ability to develop and make presentations
  7. IT literate with a good knowledge of windows office and power point
  8. Customer orientated and results driven
  9. Willing to travel extensively at short notice in China
  10. Good in English, both spoken and written
