Executive Assistant

  • Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management in a professional manner;
  • Arrange & coordinate international travel, calendar management & meetings for senior management;
  • Assist Management in liaising with internal and external parties for the group's business activities & project management etc.;
  • Work closely with overseas teammates to co-ordinate a full range of business operation;
  • Prepare various types of document including presentation materials, management report, minutes and meeting agenda etc.;
  • Maintain records, filing and handle details of highly confidential matters properly;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and some translations if necessary; and
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and business travel as assigned by company
  • Degree holder in business related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years' relevant working experience gained from sizable conglomerate groups or financial groups in c-level or serving top executives;
  • Candidate with experience working in financial industry or professional firm is a plus;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent organizing and planning skills, able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule and attentive to details 
  • Mature, responsible, trustworthy, flexible;
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and 
  • Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing (Cangjie/ Quick)
