Associate - Group Financing

• Develop strategic financial solutions and required credit approval from financial institutions in Hong Kong and overseas for conforming customers’ or project needs;
• Establish, build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and key customers in Hong Kong and overseas;
• Track the market dynamic for loan and debt product as well as credit-worthiness of customers;
• Negotiate with bank and financial institutions in major terms of financing and transactions; and
• Perform ad hoc duties or business travel as assigned by company.

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Law or other related disciplines;
• 1-2 years' commercial leasing or banking experience;
• Experience in dealing with banks and financial institutions is preferred;
• Proven sense on commercial practice in the industry;
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work under a dynamic high growth environment;
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing; 
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); 
• Fresh Graduates will be considered; and
• Immediate available is highly preferred
