Hong Kong and Toulouse– 30 December 2025 – China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited (“CALC” or the “Company”, SEHK stock code: 01848), a full value-chain aircraft solutions provider for the global aviation industry today announced the placement of a firm order for 30 Airbus A320NEO aircraft, further strengthening its long-term commitment to next-generation fleet and deepening its strong partnership with Airbus.

The aircraft are scheduled for delivery through to 2033 and include conversion rights to other variants of the Airbus A320 family. With this transaction, CALC’s remaining Airbus orderbook will rise to 105 aircraft, bringing its total Airbus orders to 282 and making CALC one of the manufacturer’s largest lessor clients.

Since placing its first order for 36 A320ceo family aircraft in July 2012, CALC has experienced rapid fleet expansion. In 2014, the Company added a bulk order of 100 A320ceo and A320neo family aircraft, one of the largest Airbus orders of the year. To meet evolving market demand, CALC further strengthened its portfolio with orders for 65 A320neo family aircraft in 2017 and 40 A321neo aircraft in 2020. Over the past decade, CALC and Airbus have worked closely together, delivering around 200 aircraft to CALC’s airline customers worldwide, demonstrating their strong collaboration and commitment to meeting evolving market needs.
