(Hong Kong – 22nd April 2025) – China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited (“CALC” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"; SEHK stock code: 01848), a full value-chain aircraft solutions provider for the global aviation industry, is pleased to announce its first collaboration with Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (“THAI”)，Thailand’s flag carrier, for nine Airbus A321neo aircraft. The aircraft are scheduled for delivery in phases from 2026 to 2028, supporting THAI’s ongoing fleet modernization and network expansion strategy.
This transaction marks CALC’s first collaboration with THAI, a globally recognized full-service carrier and one of Southeast Asia’s most established flag carriers. The partnership also reflects CALC’s continued efforts to grow its customer base in the Asia-Pacific region, aligning with its long-term strategy of working with top-tier operators across emerging and established markets.
THAI has recently secured aircraft from both leading OEMs and major lessors, reaffirming the airline’s strong industry positioning and future growth momentum.
